Join us for a wonderful summer adventure! We had so much fun last year we cannot wait to do it again! Heading out to Forks, WA August 11th, 12th and 13th to camp, surf, skate, jump in the beautiful Bogachiel River and practice yoga. We will stay on our friend Chris’s off-grid & under construction farm, and surf at First Beach in La Push. Rain or shine, we will have a good time.
Chris purchased his land 20 years ago and has been working ever since to build an off-grid, sustainable farm. Venture down a dirt road, over a bridge and through a gate to discover five structures lovingly built, including a skate ramp, a kitchen in the works, and a gorgeous field to camp in. Our trip is timed to coincide with the height of August's perseid meteor showers, so we might have a nighttime show. From there it is a short drive to La Push, where Chris will teach us surf lessons on Saturday (optional add-on for Sunday too). We will also practice yoga, cook simple food and hang out around a fire. Cell phones may not work, the weather may not cooperate, but we expect a wonderful adventure.
This area is one of the most lush and beautiful in the United States, if not in the world. It is home to the Quileute Tribe. You can learn more about their culture and community at: https://quileutenation.org

You will need to provide your own transportation, bring your own yoga mat and camping gear. We will provide simple, homemade food and do our best to accomodate any dietary preferences. Cancelation policy:
We know you are probably as excited as we are about this trip, and we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and participants may sadly need to cancel their attendance. Please carefully read our cancellation policy below:
Cancellation with Two Weeks Notice
If a participant cancels their attendance at the retreat with at least two weeks notice, they will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellation with One Week Notice
If a participant cancels their attendance at the retreat with at least one week notice, they will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of the retreat.
Cancellation with Less than One Week Notice
If a participant cancels their attendance at the retreat with less than one week notice, no refund will be issued.

Exceptions
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund to all registered participants. We are not responsible for any other expenses incurred by the participant, such as travel or accommodation.
