Movement and Mantra
A two hour practice using movement (asana), breath (pranayama), relaxation (yoga nidra), meditation, and chanting to deepen your felt sense of calm and peace.
We will practice a variety of yogic techniques in a specific sequence aimed to create deep calmness and steady concentration. Bodily relaxation combined with a soft mental alertness creates a prime inner environment for meditation and chanting.
