Yoga Groove And Flo Workshop w/ Isaiah Rashaad

"An all new Fusion of Commercial Hip-Hop Grooves and Jazz Funk Flow." (Absolute Beginner Friendly)

  • June 9th 12 noon - 1:30pm

  • $35 Early Bird | $40 door

Step into the rhythm of your own beat with our Groove & Flo: Hip Hop Yoga Dance Workshop! Designed for absolute beginners and seasoned dancers alike, we will combine the soulful movements of hip hop and jazz funk choreography with the grounding practices of yoga.

Led by expert instructor Isaiah Rashaad, we begin with a gentle warm-up to center the mind and connect with the breath. As the music starts to pulse, you'll be guided through fun and energetic hip hop dance routines infused with elements of jazz funk. From body rolls to isolations, you'll learn dynamic movements that will get your heart pumping and your body grooving. But this isn't just about the steps – it's about finding your own flow and expressing yourself through movement.  Isaiah's mission is to create a supportive and welcoming environment where you can let go of any inhibitions and dance freely. Whether you're a total beginner or have some dance experience, you'll feel right at home in our inclusive and non-judgmental space.

This workshop will kick off a June Yoga & Dance series meeting Mondays and Wednesdays Noon - 1 with Isaiah and Friday nights 7-8pm with Audra.
