Program Duration and Structure:

Our 300-hour program comprises approximately 20 workshops, each counting as 15 hours with a combination of workshop hours and outside assignments. To reach the full 300 hours, participants can complete these workshops at their own pace, with the option to participate in the month-long container program for an additional 15 hours of content. We recommend participants aim to complete the training over 2 to 3 years, allowing for a comprehensive and transformative learning experience.

Participants can also choose to apply up to 120 hours of comparable workshops and continuing education toward their 300 hour total. The outside hours must be approved.

We invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery, education, and transformation. Join us in our 300-Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training Program to expand your knowledge, deepen your practice, and support and inspire others. Each months program follows a structured Four-Layer approach, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each month's topic. Each month includes the following layers:

  • Foundation: (Week 1): Establish a solid foundation and set the tone for the month, delving into the background and history of the topic.

  • Essentials: (Week 2): Dive deep into essential components, such as covering postures, alignment, and core principles.

  • Expansion: (Week 3): Apply knowledge from the second week, expanding your understanding and practical skills.

  • Product: (Week 4): Culminate your learning by teaching the subject matter as a final product, solidifying your understanding.

The online portal provides daily support. Weekly practice sessions with feedback from your peers will help hone your teaching style. Bi-weekly Q & A's, optional reading assignments, and nutrition tips will all support your progress. As always, it is recommended that you practice at least three times a week to see positive change. Your disciplined participation will leave you with a stronger foundation, clearer technique, and more grounded philosophical understanding of each months topic.

Upcoming Workshops & Modules

MARCH WORKSHOP

Join Liz for a weekend workshop dedicated to exploring Katonah Yoga®, a practice developed by Nevine Michaan over 40 years that blends traditional Hatha yoga postures with Taoist theory, personal geometry & practical metaphors. This workshop is designed for yoga practitioners of all levels seeking to weave their conscious awareness through their physical body to create a more well-woven, well-rounded sense of self, both on and off the mat. Katonah Yoga® is also a special gift to teachers looking to bring more clarity, care and fluency to their teaching. Through a combination of theory, pranayama, body reading, restorative postures, and hands-on practice, this will be a weekend of exploration, refining alignment, and community.

Our intimate morning sessions will begin in our cozy, back room where we will create a container for our weekend’s journey. In the afternoon, we will transition to the main room, allowing us to expand our practice.
