Change Your Life

Here’s the challenge:

1. Pay for an unlimited month of yoga ($85).
2. Come to class every day for 30 days.
3. Get your next month of yoga on us.

Q.Why would you give away your yoga?

Because we believe you are our best investment. We want to encourage you to develop a regular practice and believe this will change your life.

Q.What happens if I miss a day?

You may miss two days out of each 30, but you must take two classes the following day. You may not miss two consecutive days.

Q.Can I do the challenge more than once?

Not more than once each year.

Q.Anything else?

Plan to take exceptionally good care of yourself. Plenty of water and good nutrition, possibly an electrolyte replacement, and plenty of rest will help make this challenge a positive experience.
